Andrew was born on February 17th, 1952, in Phillips, Wisconsin to George and Lenore (Fitzgerald) Hudak.
He graduated from Phillips High School and served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by two children, Joseph Hudak of Phillips, WI and daughter, Danielle Hudak of Saint Pau, MN, mother, Lenore Hudak;
sister, Mary Swanson of Phillips, WI; and brothers, George Hudak and Jon Hudak. Andrew was preceded in death by his father, George Hudak and brother, Richard Hudak.
Visitatiion will be held at 11am and a memorial service with luncheon following at 1130am on Saturday, October 27th, 2012, at the Word of Life Church, Phillips, WI, with Pastor Terry Sellers officiating. Inurnment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Phillips, WI
