Ann Kadlecek, 92, Phillips, died in the St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield on Sunday, November 4, 2012. She was born Ann Cermak in the Town of Hackett on September 26, 1920, the daughter of Jerry and Mary Cermak. She was married to Edward Kadlecek on September 22, 1938, in Crown Point, Indiana. She was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Phillips where she enjoyed beautifying the Altar with her flowers and was active with the church sunshine committee. In her free time she enjoyed gardening, sewing, crocheting, embroidery, and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by one son, Gary (Debra), Phillips; by two grandchildren, Jessica, Marshfield, WI, and Christine, La Crosse, WI; and by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward, on May 13, 2009; and by one sister, Rose Sedlar.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, November 9, at St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church with Pastor Matthew Arneson of the First Presbyterian Church of Phillips officiating. Friends may call at the church of Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services. Inurnment will be in the Lakeside Cemetery in Phillips
