Veteran Christopher Jon Schneider age 29 of Butternut, WI died Friday June 15, 2012 as a result of a traffic accident. He was born August 13, 1982 in Park Falls, WI the son of Leo Joseph & Diane (Donley) Scheinder. His early life and schooling were in Park Falls, WI graduating from Park Falls High School. In 2002 Christopher entered the United States Army in 2002 serving four tours in Iraq.                           
He was honorable discharged from the U.S. Army in 2008. He returned to Butternut, WI and married Kimberly Koch On July 17, 2009 in Butternut, WI. He enjoyed hunting, ice fishing and loved spending time with his family. Christopher took great pride in defending our country.

(3)Brothers- Joseph Schneider, Stephen Schneider both of Park Falls, WI and Philip Schneider of Fort Carson, CO.
His Maternal Grandfather- Hugh Donley of Menomonee Falls, WI
(1)Niece- Celeste Lenz of Park Falls, WI

He was preceded in death by his Father Leo Joseph Scheinder in 2007
 
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 20, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. From St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Butternut, WI with Rev. John A. Deitz Officiating. Burial will follow at the Butternut Union Cemetery in Butternut, WI with Military Rites under the auspices of the United States Army Funeral Detail from Spooner.
 
Visitation will be held on Tuesday June 19, 2012 from 4:00p.m. Until 8:oop.m. At St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Butternut and on Wednesday June 20, 2012 from 9:30 a.m. Until the hour of service at the Church
