Here it is......Thanksgiving Eve, and I've got tons of things to be thankful for. And don't think this is the only time of year I realize it. But for those of you that think "the world's out to get you", or "Nothing ever goes right for me", you might want to work a little harder at forgetting to small stuff. That's right....Forget about the things you can't control, and work on the things you CAN control. You might get a whole new outlook at things!!
Don't forget to get your tix for the 3rd annual Red Higgins Country Christmas at the Chequamegon High School, Sunday December 9th at 6:30PM. Red's a great guy, a very talanted singer, and all the proceeds go to support LOCAL charities and organizations.
ALSO, don't forget to listen beginning Monday December 3rd for our annual 98 Lights of Xmas. It's your chance to win some great presents from the 98 Q-Country Christmas tree.
HAPPY HUNTING THE REST OF THE SEASON......
The baseball season is over, the leaves have left the trees, the BIG election is "FINALLY" over, so let's get on with it. Now, I'm not a winter person, as evidence.......I leave to go to Mexico for 2 weeks in January or February. But for those of you that cherish the "White Gold" & frigid temps, bring it on. Hopefully we have a great winter so northwoods businesses that rely on those tourism dollars can survive.
Adios Amigos........or something like that
