Leigh Ann Makovsky, 34, Prentice, died at her home on Friday, February 22.  She was born on August 31, 1978, in Medford, Wisconsin, the daughter of James and Bernadine (Lazar) Makovsky.  She was a 1996 graduate of the Prentice High School.  She was a member of St. John The Baptist Catholic Church of Prentice.  She enjoyed attending craft shows selling her beer bread, fishing, nature, spending time with her family, and this past Fall had the thrill of her first Harley Davidson Motorcycle ride.     She is survived by her mother, Bernadine Makovsky, Prentice; by one son, Zachary, Prentice; by her special friend, Michael Waters Jr., Tomahawk; and by five brothers and sisters, Sheri Jablonsky, Prentice, Douglas (Christine Moidl), Phillips, Brandon (Arlene), Prentice, Robert, Phillips, and Rebecca, Prentice.  She is preceded in death by her father, James.
     Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 26, at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Catawba with Father Gerald Hagen celebrating the Funeral Mass.  Inurnment will be in the Catawba Cemetery in Catawba.  Friends may call at the church on Tuesday after 10:00 A.M..
