
Patricia Marion Brennan
age 79, of Butternut, died on Friday August 24, 2012 in Gypsum, Colorado. She was born on June 22, 1933 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of James F. and Marion (Shields) Hundt. Her early life and schooling were in Chicago. After her schooling Patricia worked as a secretary for the FBI. On June 5, 1954 she married Michael William Brennan, Sr. in Hazel Crest, IL. The couple moved to Butternut in 1971 where they owned and operated Brennan's Green Brier. Patricia enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles, gardening, birdwatching, playing poker machines, camping, and cooking for and spending time with her loving family and friends. She truly enjoyed life.

her sister Barb (Don) McConnell of Arlington, KY
and many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her infant son Terrence Lee Brennan, and her brother Jimmy Lee Hundt.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday August 30, 2012 at 11:00am from Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Butternut. Fr. Shaji Pazhukkathara and Deacon Bob Schienebeck will co-officiate.
A visitation will be held on Thursday at the church from 9:00am until the hour of the service.
Interment will take place at later date at St. Cecelia Catholic Cemetery in Butternut.
The Novitzke Funeral Home is assisting the family.
