Robert James Miller Sr.
Age 81 of Park Falls, died on Friday May 2, 2014 at his home. He was born April 27, 1933 in Butternut, the son of Frank and Florence (Stangl) Miller. His early life and schooling were in Butternut. The family moved to Stevens point in 1948. In 1950 he joined the Airforce and served as a military policeman until 1954. He married his wife of 63 years Leona Jewell on December 13, 1950. He was a self employed truck driver until he and his wife moved to the Pike Lake Area in 1977. He then drove truck for Flambeau Papers. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, partying on his pontoon and spending time with his family and friends.

and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents. (2)brothers and (2) sisters, (1) Granddaughter. (1) Great-grandson.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 7, 2014 at 11:00 am from the Novitzke Funeral Home Chapel in Park Falls. Paster John A. Dietz will officiate.
A Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday May 6, 2014 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and on on Wednesday May 7, 2014 from 10:00am until the hour of service.
Burial will follow at Forest Home Cemetery with military honors under the auspices of the Park Falls American Legion and VFW Posts
