Dale Thomas Linsmeyer
age 62, of Milwaukee, died on Sunday September 23, 2012 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Milwaukee. He was born on December 23, 1949 in Park Falls, the son of John and Gertrude (Scherwinski) Linsmeyer. His early life and schooling were in Butternut. After graduating from high school Dale moved to Milwaukee where he lived the rest of his life. He was a parts analyst for Mack Truck for many years. He was an avid fisherman, Brewers fan, and loved to cook, garden, and spend time with his family and friends. He was always there to help anyone who needed it.

He was preceded in death by his mother Gertrude, his step-mother Marion, his brother-in-law Carl Bortz, Jr., his sister-in-law Marie Linsmeyer, his step-brother Larry Keily, his grandparents, and his nephew Tim Linsmeyer.
Funeral services will be held on Friday September 28, 2012 at 11:00am from St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Butternut. Rev. John A. Deitz will officiate.
Burial will follow at Union Cemetery in Butternut.
A visitation will be held on Friday at the church from 8:30am until the hour of the service.
