Cheryl Rae Rhodes
age 52, of Park Falls, died on Sunday November 4, 2012, after a courageous battle with brain cancer at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.  She was born on June 28, 1960 in Park Falls, the daughter of Arthur and Lorraine (Steben) Dane.  Her early life and schooling were in Park Falls.  On September 14, 1993 she married Rick Rhodes.  Cheryl was a special education para-educator with the Park Falls/Chequamegon School District and was a crossing guard.  She enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time in the outdoors with her family, loved animals, and especially caring for special needs children.

and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father Arthur Dane.
 
Funeral services will be held on Thursday November 8, 2012 at 11:00am from Peace Lutheran Church in Park Falls.  Rev. Dale Heinlein will officiate.
 
Burial will follow at Nola Cemetery in Park Falls.
 
A visitation will be held on Thursday at the church from 9:00am until the hour of the service.
