Francine Kathryn “Kay” Hartway
age 85, of Park Falls, passed away peacefully at her home on November 8, 2012, surrounded by her family and loving caregivers.  She was born on June 23, 1927 in Park Falls, the daughter of Samuel and Ann (Lucas) Swanson.  On June 25, 1951 she married Clinton Hartway.  Kay enjoyed gardening, bird watching, and loved to write short stories and poems..  She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, a faithful member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, and a beautiful, creative, and sweet soul who will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Clinton in 2009, and her sister Sally Bender.
 
Funeral services will be held on Saturday November 10, 2012 at 12:00pm from St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Park Falls.  Fr. Shaji Pazhukkathara will officiate.
 
Burial will follow at Nola Cemetery in Park Falls.
 
A visitation will be held on Saturday from 11:00am until the hour of the service at the church.
