Sylvia Marie (Kruppe) Cabak, 68, died on Saturday, January 5, 2013, at the Aspirus Pleasant View nursing home in Phillips, WI, under the care of Flambeau Home Health & Hospice.
 
Sylvia is survived by her daughter, Theresa Cabak; her sister, Edna McClellan; and her brothers Raymond, Richard, George, and Ronald.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond J. Cabak; her parents, Edward and Sophie Kruppe; her sisters, Jeanette Cabak and Gloria Clough; and her brother, Robert Kruppe, Sr.
 
Funeral services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church in Phillips, WI, with Father Gerald Hagen celebrating the Funeral Mass. Friends may call at the church from 10am until the time of service on Wednesday. Burial will be at the Ingram Cemetery.
