age 66, of Park Falls, died on Thursday January 31, 2013 at her home in Park Falls. She was born on February 19, 1946 in New Jersey, the daughter of Frederick and Elizabeth (Schloer) Bauknecht. Barbara came with her family to Park Falls in 1978. Barbara was much loved and will be sadly missed by her roommates and caregivers.
She is survived by her guardian Jane Preisler-Novitzke of Park Falls and her many loving caregivers and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother John.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday February 7, 2013 at 11:00am from the Novitzke Funeral Home Chapel in Park Falls.
Burial will follow at St. Cecelia Catholic Cemetery in Butternut.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday at the funeral home from 10:00am until the hour of the service.
