Sadie Lucille Dragovich, 93, Phillips, died in the Aspirus Pleasant View Nursing Home in Phillips on Wednesday, June 19. She was born in Phillips on May 12, 1920, the daughter of Joseph and Lillian (Dennis) Holoubek. She attended school in Phillips. She was married to Paul Dragovich in Crown Point, Indiana, on September 8, 1938. They built and operated the Trails End Resort, and later built and operated Coolidge Springs Trout Ranch. She was also employed by St. Croix of Park Falls as a rod winder.
She is survived by three sons, Robert (Nancy), Fifield, Ronald (Dolores), Gresham, Oregon, and David (Linda), Fifield; by 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and by one great great grandchild; by two brothers, Laddie (Delores) Holoubek, Phillips and Stanley (Dellie) Holoubek, Phillips; and by two sisters, Pansy Soul, Phillips, and Elsie Marsh, Kingsford, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, on September 4, 1969; by one son, Richard; by two brothers, Thomas and Charles Holoubek; and by one sister, Sylvia Tom.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, June 24, at the Heindl Funeral Home in Phillips with Laddie Holoubek officiating. Interment will be in the Lakeside Cemetery in Phillips. Friends may call at the church after 10:00 A.M. on Monday, June 24, until the time of services.
