Patricia A. Crepinsek, 71, Park Falls, died on Friday, July 4, at Park Manor Nursing Home, Park Falls. She was born on October 6, 1942, in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of Stanley Robert Sr., and Patricia Ann (Nanista) Karpinski,
She spent her early life and schooling in Chicago. She was married to Frank Crepinsek on February 8, 1964, in Chicago. They later divorced.
They made their home in the Phillips area in 1975. She was employed locally as a child care provider, by the Price County Sherrff’s Dept. as a cook, and then for a number of years for Phillips Plastics Corp., until she had a disability and was forced to retire.
She was a member of St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church, Phillips and while in Park Falls was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church.
In her free time she enjoyed watching TV especially WWE and the animal planet.
She is survived by her 2 daughters: Michele (Ronald) Herbst, Park Falls, and Christine (Rev. Scott) Holoubek, Phillips, by 1 granddaughter Hannah Grace Herbst, by 3 sisters: Georgiana “Gigi” (Ernst) Toutant, Toulen, Ill., Suzanne (Frank) Salerno, Sheridan, Ill., and Barbara (Richard) Parse, Itasca, Ill., by 2 Sisters-in-Law Diana Karpinski, Phillips, and Beverly Karpinski ,Hawkins, and by 1 Brother-in-Law Dennis McGhee, Homer Glen, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her parents, by 2 brothers Stanley, Jr., and James Karpinski, by 1 sister Karen McGhee, and by her former husband Frank Crepinsek.
A private family service will be held at a later date
Inurnment will in the St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Phillips.
The Heindl Funeral Home, Phillips, is in charge of the arrangements.
